What type of car should I buy?

If you are unsure what car to buy, no worries. CAR-PLY is here to help in every step of purchasing the perfect car! We have a personalized car quiz under the homepage, or feel free to contact one of our consultants to help!

What cars can I afford with my budget?

CAR-PLY provides a personality quiz to help you find the perfect car for you! On our website, you’re able to access a loan calculator, which will help you calculate your monthly payment as well as interest rate (Loan Calculator). When you log in with a CAR-PLY account, you are able to “favorite” cars you like, as well as set up notifications to ensure you stay on top of our offerings and deals! CAR-PLY also has an amazing team of staff who are ready to assist you in any way possible. Our contact information and hours are listed below, and our virtual assistant, Cassius Cougar is available 24/7 to assist you!

What if the car I want is out of stock?

If the car you wish to purchase isn’t available on CAR-PLY, we will recommend similar cars that may interest you and are currently in stock. If you choose to create an account, you can turn notifications on for that specific vehicle and you will be notified once that car is available again!

Does Car-ply own the cars they sell?

Yes! We own 100% of the cars we sell. Once purchased from a third party seller, we perform safety checks routinely to ensure our cars are in the best condition possible. We only want the best for our customers.

What condition will my potential car be in?

Tip-Top shape! Before we acquire a car, our team of experts will thoroughly gather all of the necessary information on that vehicle (history, mileage, dimensions),  and will use that information to determine whether it’s fit to sell. We also encourage you to check out the car in person before buying.

Visiting our Store

Do I need to make an appointment if I want to browse cars at the store?

No. You do not need an appointment in order to come into  CAR-PLY. However, if you want to take a car out for a test drive, we do ask you to book an appointment 48 hours in advance.

How do I schedule a test drive?

You can schedule a test drive by simply clicking a car’s retail page, then scroll down to the “scheduling a test drive” section and fill out the required information.

WHAT DO I BRING TO MY TEST DRIVE?

CAR-PLY requires you to bring your driver’s license, as well as proof of insurance coverage (liability & collision required).

CAN I RESERVE A CAR?

Yes. You can reserve a car for up to 5 business days, unless otherwise noted.
